If any product is faulty, incorrect or damaged in
transit, you must first contact us at info@argentinatangoshoes.com and
inform us about such situation for any exchange.
There is a 10/ten-days guarantee period since the products´ arrival
to your destination to inform us about any problems with them. Finished the 10/ten-days
period the guarantee expires.
For Size changes, there will be a remanufacture fee of 50% on the price of the purchased product.
For
shoes return, they must not be worn and be in their original condition.
To avoid any soil, scratch or mark of the sole try your Argentina Tango Shoes o Sneakers on
a clean soft surface like a carpet or a towel.
Shoes
that have any mark, scratch or are not in their original condition cannot be
returned and exchanged.
The customer will be responsable for the return shipment and the fees this might cause.
We
do not guarantee wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
