All Tango Shoes and Tango Sneakers have a 10 day guarantee period since their arrival to inform the situation to us and complete the return form, for a size exchange.

Standard size tango shoes and tango sneakers guarantees cover size missmatches and manufacturer related damages. If the size you choose doesn't fit and your tango shoes are unworn and in perfect conditions, you can return them for a size exchange on the same model ordered. Just complete the return form and you will receive the instructions to send your tango shoes back to us.

Customers are responsible for all returning shipping costs and fees in case of size missmatch. For manufacturer related damages, we will cover shipping costs for a total of u$d 30.
